Venues Canberra Hospitality Cancellation and Refund Policies
- If an event is cancelled ahead of the event date, re-scheduled or significantly modified by the event hirer and/or Venues Canberra due to unforeseen circumstances and reasons beyond the hirer’s reasonable control, Venues Canberra will offer ticket holders the options to attend the rescheduled event (subject to ticket price adjustments), or receive a refund, credit or ticket exchange for another event managed by Venues Canberra.
- If an event is cancelled on event day after gates is open, due to extreme weather conditions, or reasons beyond Venues Canberra control, there shall be no refunds.
- Booking cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire booking.
- Booking cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may incur a cancellation fee, subject to the individual event arrangements and non-refundable components of the booking.
